A new three-part series from Audi with Rob Kearney kicks off with Kearney chatting over a round of Golf with Bundee Aki discussing rigorous training schedules, family-life in Galway and the famous ‘Bundee Barrista’. Bundee talks about how once you figure out how to stay grounded “you improve not only as a player but as a person as well.”
The next episode in the series with Robbie Henshaw where the lads take a boat trip around Lough Ree and about Athlone, interests and hobbies. Robbie also discusses the future of rugby while simultaneously investing in upcoming generations.
The final episode, to be released on 30th August sees Rob and Garry Ringrose sea-swimming, with topics such as gettting into the right mind set for game-day, dealing with performance set-backs and provincial versus international competition.
