ID Buzz Crowned Continental Tyres Irish Car of the Year 2023

It’s the highlight of the motoring year, where all of the hard work from our jurors has to be whittled down as we all come together to choose the ten finalists for the Continental Tyres Irish Car Of The Year 2023. From a long list of new models launched in the last year, the finalists are listed in their respective categories below.

Volkswagen’s ID. Buzz was ultimately crowned the overall winner of Continental Tyres Irish Car Of The Year 2023. The ID. Buzz brings a future forward design, inside and out. The ID. Buzz demonstrates the ability of an EV to capably carry a group or family and their luggage/camping gear on the greatest or smallest of adventures in extreme style using as little Co2 as possible.

In addition, the evening included the Service to Industry award. The honour was dedicated to Aidan Doyle to recognise and celebrate the career of an incredibly wily and clever industry veteran.
