Fiat launch new 600 in Ireland | Industry News

Fiat have launched the new 600 in Ireland this week. It’s available in both hybrid and fully electric, with 15 litres of interior storage, front storage and a boot capacity of 385 litres. Some of the spec on offer includes a hands-free power liftgate, power windows, air con, dusk and rain sensors, 6-speaker sound system, 10.25” fully customisable radio with Navi, CarPlay and Android Auto wireless, a 7” digital cluster and connected services.

The hybrid has 100 horsepower with a 48V Hybrid battery and a 6-speed (e-DCT) automatic gearbox. The electric version batteries will have a capacity of 54 kWh and a range of more than 400 km in the WLTP combined cycle and up to 600 km in the urban cycle. The 100-kW fast charger system comes with a 11kW On Board Charger and a Mode 3 cable for charging at home or in public, meaning a full charge can take around 6 hours.

The electric powertrain has an output of 115 kW, with a nippy 0-100 km/h of 9.0 seconds. There’s three driving modes – eco, normal, sport and prices start from €28,995 for the 600 Hybrid and from €32,995 for the fully electric.
